1. Organizer of the competition and conditions of participation

These terms and conditions set out the rules that govern participation in competitions. The exact procedure of the competition can be found in the description of the respective competition on our Instagram page of K-BRIGHT eK (https://www.instagram.com/kbright_clothing/).

The organizer of the competition is K-BRIGHT eK, 91207 Lauf, Auerweg 18

K-BRIGHT eK expressly points out that the competition is in no way connected to Instagram; There is no support from Instagram nor is there any collaboration with Instagram in any way.

It is noted that by participating in the respective competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation in all of the points listed.

2. Participation in the competition

Only private individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in Europe are eligible to participate.

Each person may only take part in this competition once. Multiple comments from one person do not increase the chance of winning. Participation via competition services and automated competition robots as well as other manipulations are also not permitted. If there is a concrete suspicion of fraud against a participant, K-BRIGHT eK reserves the right to subsequently withdraw the prize from this participant.

Those entitled to participate take part in a K-BRIGHT eK competition by following the channel and liking or clicking on the competition posting, publicly sharing or commenting or, depending on the competition, answering questions and/or similar.

3. Competition - Prizes and notifications of winners

The prizes listed in the competition will be raffled by K-BRIGHT eK in a drawing among all participants eligible to take part in the competition. This drawing will be carried out by employees of K-BRIGHT eK on a date listed in the competition. The winners will be drawn under exclusion of legal proceedings. The winnings can only be obtained in the available sizes. If the size requested by the winner is not available, the closest size will be sent as the prize.

After the winners have been drawn, they will be notified by K-BRIGHT eK within 8 working days at the latest. This notification takes place via an Instagram message and, if necessary, via an Instagram posting. By taking part in this competition, the participant agrees that if they win, they may be mentioned and linked with their Instagram name in a public posting. In addition, the participant agrees that the winner may be contacted by the organizer via an Instagram message for the purpose of notifying the winner.

The winner will be asked to provide their full address in the respective notification so that the prize can be sent by post. The prize will only be sent to a delivery address within Europe. K-BRIGHT eK only uses the winner's information to send the prize. Any further use of the winner's data by K-BRIGHT eK is excluded.

If the winner does not respond to the notification of the prize within 8 working days and an address for sending the prize to K-BRIGHT eK is not available, the claim to the prize expires irrevocably.

The prize is neither transferable nor can it be paid out in cash. Changing the price (exchange, etc.) is also not possible.

The prize will be sent to the winner via a transport company no later than 8 working days after receipt of the winner's address. When the prize is handed over to the transport company, the risk is transferred to the winner. K-BRIGHT eK is not responsible in any way for delivery damage.

4. Exclusion from the competition

If a participant violates these conditions of participation listed here - of whatever nature - then K-BRIGHT eK has the irrefutable right to exclude the competition participant from taking part in the competition. K-BRIGHT eK also reserves the same right for winners who violate or have violated the eligibility requirements. They will be excluded from participation and their winnings will be retained.

5. Changes to the competition

The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the conditions of participation in the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular in the event that technical or legal reasons no longer guarantee that the competition can be carried out properly.

If such termination was caused by culpable or negligent behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the resulting damage.

6. Protecting your data

The data sent by participants will be used exclusively for the competition. There will be no further use by K-BRIGHT eK. K-BRIGHT eK will also not pass this on to third parties.

7. Final provisions

It is expressly agreed that legal action to check the prize draw is excluded.

8. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be invalid, unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the rest of the terms and conditions of participation remains unaffected.
